Euro Thunder web sites. Euro Thunder forms partnerships or
alliances with some of these venders from time to time
in order to facilitate the provision of these products
and services to you. However, you acknowledge and agree
that at no time is Euro Thunder making any representation
or warranty regarding any third party’s products or
services, nor will Euro Thunder be liable to you or any
third party for any claims arising from or in connection
with such third party products and services. You hereby
disclaim and waive any rights and claims you may have

performances due to actions of guests, conditions of
location, weather conditions, acts of god/war, lateness
of your guests, lack of participation of guests, the
presence of minors, illegal substances, further
"upgrade" price negotiations, or substitution of
entertainers. Euro Thunder is NOT LIABLE for actions taken
by our entertainers, drivers, or bouncers, in an attempt
to defend themselves against guests who may become
unruly, rude, physically abusive or verbally abusive,
including the calling of police or other authorities and
other actions taken in self-defense. Euro Thunder
reserves the right to substitute entertainers for a
performance due to scheduling, availability or personal
emergency. NO DISCOUNTS, reductions, or refunds in fees
are applicable in such instance. Our entertainers are
Independent Contractors, and are not employed by Euro
Thunder and therefore Euro Thunder is not responsible for
their actions. Our Independent Contractors may, at their
own expense, use any employees or subcontractors as they
deem necessary to perform the services required and
provide those employees or subcontractors with the
necessary party contact information, such as your name,
phone numbers, address and payment info . Furthermore,
Euro Thunder is not responsible and liable for
entertainers showing up late or not at all. By making a
reservation you are agreeing to all these terms and
conditions in full and are bound to a booking as a legal
contract. If you decide to change your mind and want to
cancel your reserved dancer(s), we require a minimum of
24 hours notice in advance. Failure to cancel at least
24 hrs. in advance will lead to a $40.00 cancellation
fee. All our entertainers are 18 or older. The services
offered on this Site are subject to availability. The
prices stated for such services are subject to change
without notice. Surcharges may apply for travel distance
or special parties. All sales are final, no refunds!
There are NO REFUNDS once our performers have started
their shows! In case we have sent a substitute
entertainer; You have the right to turn the dancers away
before you agree to pay them and start their show, but
once you have agreed on the dancer(s) to start their
show(s) and you have given them the money, there will be
no REFUNDS no matter what. The money you pay at the door
is to get the dancer(s) to your location and our
finder's fee. Therefore when you accept the dancer(s) to
start their show, we cannot refund your money and all
sales are final. The same is for Credit Card Payments.
Once you accept a substitute dancer(s) to start their
show, we cannot refund any money. Again you have the
right to send the substitute dancers away before they
start their show and we won't charge your credit card as
long as they have not yet started their show.
Absolutely no photos or video are allowed without the
permission from your entertainer(s). This includes
camera phones. Most of our strippers are models and
actors and they don't want photos of themselves
stripping out there for the world to see. If a picture
is taken without the permission of the dancer, the
entertainer has the right to confiscate photo materials
and to end the show and leave the party if they are
refused, with no refunds given. Please respect the
dancer(s)' wishes in regards to this matter.
Please make sure that your guests understand this
request.
All adult entertainment is provided by independent
contractors. All independent contractors operate in
accordance with the laws of the state or states in which
they are doing business. This is not an offer of
prostitution. Euro Thunder does not condone and is in no
way liable for any illegal activities that might be
committed by independent contractors or clients.
We do
not expect the dancers or our clients to break any state
or local laws concerning sexual activities for
money. Euro Thunder strictly prohibits prostitution; we go
to great lengths to ensure that we hire only
professional adult entertainers.
Euro Thunder reserves the right to make changes to any entertainer(s) schedule and or replace any scheduled
entertainer(s) appearance with any other scheduled or
non scheduled entertainer(s) at any time prior to their
scheduled performance when and if needed due to any of
the following occurrences: absence, illness,
availability issues, or for any other reason associated
with the scheduling of any entertainer(s).

sole discretion, may choose to change the terms,
conditions and operation of their Web Sites and its
service at anytime. By using this service the user
waives any rights or claims it may have against Euro
